Get An Initial Quote For Your Function
CONSULTATION

Very few events in your life require the detailed planning your wedding does. We know you want everything to go well and everyone to enjoy themselves. For many, the culmination of a great day is a great dance!

The first step in getting to your perfect evening is the consultation. We take pride in our ability to create a great evening for you and your guests. This all starts with the information we discuss with you in our free consultation. From your background music to your last dance; we want your evening to be memorable.

Our consultation service is a three step process.

  1. Reservation Consultation
    • When you reserve your day with us, we take the time to find out your expectations and what you want at your reception.
    • This can be done in person or over the phone.

  2. Planning Consultation
    • Six weeks prior to your day, we will contact you to set up a meeting that is convenient to you.
    • We encourage parents of the bride and groom to attend.
    • We will discuss all the details of your evening to ensure we are fully prepared.

  3. Pre Wedding Follow Up
    • We will call you 7-10 days prior to your wedding to review our information and make any necessary additions or changes
